Job Description

Worldspan Creative is an award-winning digital and design agency located just off the A55 in Abergele, within easy reach of Chester. Our inspirational studio space offers a relaxed working environment in beautiful North Wales. We’re proud to work with a range of clients, from local businesses to globally-recognised brands.

Led by the Head of Creative, you will be working with a team of account managers, creative designers and digital developers. As Project Assistant, you will be an integral part of this successful team, working on a variety of projects and keeping the department running smoothly and efficiently.

The role will be varied with scope for growth, taking on more responsibilities and personal development. Would suit an apprentice, recent graduate or someone looking to begin their career in a project/marketing/business-related role.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the team to progress client projects and ensure they’re delivered on time, according to the client brief and within budget.
  • Liaising with suppliers to source quotes, confirm and deliver projects.
  • Day-to-day project assistance including proof-reading, website population and version control.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of project management systems including opening, updating and closing projects using our project management software.
  • Handling other elements of general project administration including invoicing.
  • Maintaining company policies and processes.
  • Maintaining positive internal and external (client and supplier) relationships.
  • General reporting including staff time-sheets, forecasts and work-in-progress/pipeline documents.
  • General office administration including processing annual leave requests, reconciling credit card statements and answering the telephone.

To be considered for the job of Project Assistant, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A positive, can-do attitude towards problem-solving

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • An understanding of the design process.
  • Experience working in a creative environment such as design, branding, advertising or marketing.
  • A qualification in a related subject such as design, marketing, business or project management.

Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join an established, award-winning company. Working with some of the world's leading organisations, this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team of designers and developers, delivering multiple projects with the reward of excellent career prospects along the way. 

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our design team, and building fully functional websites and apps, based on their designs.
